Florrie’s bunkhouse is perfect for your Walton and Lanercost accommodation needs. We are located directly on the route itself and a short walk to Lanercost for those wanting to visit the historic priory. The majority of our guests will be walking to or from Carlisle but for those walking the trail in three or four days then we are a days walk from Bowness albeit a long one.
At Florrie’s on the Wall we have can accommodate 16 guests in our Bunkhouse.
We have four bedrooms in total sleeping four per room in bunkbeds. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, large walk in shower and underfloor heating ideal for those walking or cycling Hadrian’s wall route or exploring the area.
One of the rooms can be booked as a family / private room that can sleep up to five guests with three single beds and one double bed, ideal for families with children.
We can supply a travel cot and a folding bed if required, just get in touch and we will be sure to accommodate.
As we are located directly on Hadrian’s wall national trail in the village of Walton finding us at Florrie’s bunkhouse could not be easier as we are at the top of the hill as you come into the village of Walton directly on Hadrian’s wall national trail so no need for any detours.
